Hello!
I am the creator and maintainer or U-Cast! I have built this site from scratch. Im proud of what i have achieved so dont mock! I started making this site to use my skills i learnt at work and it just grew from there.Information about the running of U-Cast:
- The site is writen in asp and is based over 4 servers and growing. A server for all the ASP code, one for images, one for videos and other stuff. Soon to be another one for the forum as its getting big.

- At the moment i have 3 moderators. As the site grows i need more. The moderators are there as a check to see everything is runnign smoothly. I deal with all code changes, ideas and everyhting else you can think of. I am the marketing director, sales director, managing director, financial director, webmast, administrator and support assistant! andything i have missed out?? Basically I do everything on my own with some help from the 2 Assistant Administrators
As for me i have a full-time job too! I work for Dorset County Council in their GIS team (Geographical Information Systems).
