Why we need information
When you visit our site you will receive explicit advice when we seek to gather information about you. The information you provide is used to produce your web page and any information you supply is displayed to the public on this page, unless otherwise stated.

The Registration Process

Deleting Information
You can immediately delete any information we hold about you by using the facilities in My Account. But please remember that deletion of key information may affect your status as a registered user.

Uploaded files

You may not upload files that contain photos, videos, software or other material that may be considered pornographic, vulgar, political or offensive to any other users. U-Cast has been designed for use by people who are at least 16 years old.

You will not post, publish or upload to our hosting services:

- Pictures or videos of children who are under 16 years of age
- Pictures or videos containing partial or full nudity
- Pictures or videos containing pornography
- Pictures or videos of a person who is under 18 years of age and is posing in underwear
- Pictures or videos that are irrelevant to the theme of our site.

You may not post messages or upload files that contain photos, videos, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or another other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.

Posting of any materials (including pictures, videos, software or other information and links to other websites) that could harm or is intended to harm other users' computers or allow others to inappropriately access software or websites is strictly prohibited.

Podcasts

On acceopting the terms and conditions U-Cast has the right to use your images and VidCasts in its wekly podcast and anywhere on the website.


Duplicate profiles and cheating

You are forbidden to create duplicate profile or inpersonate another person. Any who do could suffer loss of point sgained from refferasl of the said profile or deletion.

Updating

U-Cast has the right to update its Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without notice.
